Al Lopes (U9B)
Al Lopes started playing
soccer in 1978 for a U-12 Cumberland team. In 1983, Al entered Cumberland
High school where he played 4 years on the varsity soccer team. Al was team
captain in his junior and senior years. Al made first team all Blackstone
valley 3 years and third team all state his senior year. During this time, Al
also played for the Lusitania U19 junior team where he was a three time captain
and part of New England championship teams. Al played one year at
CCRI. During that year, Al was an assistant for the Smithfield High
school soccer team. Since college, Al has have played on several men’s teams.
Al married his wife
Denise in 1998. They have three boys ages 8, 7 and 20 months. Al is a business
owner and entrepreneur with over 25 years of management and leadership
experience. Since his sons have entered youth soccer, Al has coached for
Smithfield and Cumberland Youth Soccer associations. Al is certified to coach
youth to U12. In total, Al brings over 35 years of soccer experience to CSP

Dan Guerra (U9G)
Dan Guerra brings immense playing
credentials as well as valuable coaching experience to the CSP-United program.
Dan has been a coach and assistant coach with CYSA for three years, coaching U6
Coed recreational, U8 Girls Competitive, U16 Boys Competitive, coaching
instructor for the Rugrats U3-U4 program, and volunteer on the TOPSoccer
program. Dan has previously coached in Gloucester, MA Youth Soccer for 5 years.
Dan is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Coach
Guerra currently holds a USSF E Coaching License, Youth Module 10-12
Certificate, and Youth Module 6-8 Certificate.

David Rajabiun (U11G)
David Rajabiun has been involved with the CYSA program for 7 years as a
coach and volunteer. For the past 4 years, David has been coaching
competitive girls' teams is currently coaching the U10 girls and U12 girls
teams. David holds a Youth Level 2 license and is working towards
earning his E Level license within the next few months. In addition
to coaching, David also competes in various adult soccer leagues.
David hopes to help bring CSP United to rival the premier level competition
around New England.
David Rodriguez (U9G)
David Rodriguez has been coaching youth recreational, competitive,
and premier level soccer for over 10 years. He holds a USSF Level E Coaching
License. David has been a coach in CYSA for three years, coaching U5 Coed
Recreational, U6 Coed Recreational, U8 Coed Recreational, and U8 Girls
Competitive. David has previously coached in Bentonville, Arkansas for the
Northwest Arkansas Lightning Club. He coached U5 Recreational, U6 Recreational,
U8 Recreational, U10 Recreational, U10 Premier, and U11 Premier. He
successfully took his premier level teams to win numerous tournaments in
preparation for state cup championships. David is committed to focusing on
player development, both as an individual and as part of a team. David is
dedicated to providing the athletes in Cumberland exceptional training and the
opportunity to compete at the highest levels. David played soccer through high
school and continues to play in adult leagues.
David Williams (U12G)
David Williams has been around the game of soccer since his youth
days in Wales. David played for Wales National Teams at Schools, Youth,
College, and Men's Amateur levels plus British University teams. David also has United Kingdom club experience, having
played for Leyton Orient (London) youth, Swansea City Reserves, and Manchester
United youth. David went on to play on UK semi-pro teams for 10
years. David has been a CYSA volunteer and coach, both at the
recreational and competitive level, since the formation of the
organization. He has Rhode Island Olympic Development and Premier
Club coaching experience and holds a USSF B license and a NCAAA National
Donald Clegg (U12G)

Liz Bourke has been coaching with
CYSA at the Recreational and Competitive Levels since 2009. Liz has
coached both boys' and girls' teams in Cumberland. Liz helped her
2011/2012 girls' U10 team earn the Sportsmanship Award from Rhode Island
SuperLiga. She currently holds a Youth Level 1 and Youth Level 2
coaching license and is in the process of obtaining her E Level
License. Liz also played soccer at the collegiate
level. Liz currently plays in the Rhode Island Women's Soccer
League for the Strikers. Liz looks forward to helping CSP
United players further develop their schools and play at a higher level.
Joe Carreiro has been coaching youth soccer for many years. He holds USSF Youth Level 1, Youth Level 2, F, E, and D Coaching Licenses. Joe's Premier Coaching experience is extensive, currently coaching Bruno U16 Girls, and formerly coaching Bruno, U13-U15; RI Rays U13-U19; Northern Lightening U13. Joe is also currently on the Rhode Island Olympic Development Program (ODP) coaching staff, as well as the Recreational Director for Soccer Rhode Island (SRI). In addition to Joe's coaching credentials, he is also a Certified Referee at the State and Collegiate Levels.
Kelly Dion (U9G)
Kelly Dion played 3 years of varsity
soccer at Springfield College (appendicitis sidelined her in year
4). Kelly also played 4 years of varsity soccer on the Bishop
Feehan Boys team where she made headlines in local newspapers because of her
gender. Kelly's playing career also include 3 years on the
Massachusetts state district team, 2 years at the Bay State Games, 2 years for
Tri Valley United, plus numerous local recreational and competitive
teams. Kelly has been coaching recreational and competitive
soccer for CYSA for 3 years, and has started playing again in local adult

Ron LeClair (U13B,
Ron LeClair started coaching youth soccer over 15 years ago when he coached various teams in Lincoln and Pawtucket. Ron has been coaching for Cumberland Youth Soccer since his oldest of 3 sons started playing in 2006. Ron has coached various recreational teams as well as competitive teams at the U8-U12 levels, including as an assistant with the U11-U12 Boys CSP over the last 2 years. He holds his Youth Level 1, Youth Level 2, and E Licenses. His 2011-2012 U10 CYSA Competitive Team won the U10 overall Sportsmanship Award from Rhode Island SuperLiga and was honored on the Gillette Stadium field. Ron is the current Director of Player Development for CYSA and a member of the CYSA Competitive Committee. Ron has also coached youth baseball and flag football. Ron started playing soccer when he was 5 years old and has been playing ever since. Growing up in Pawtucket, he played for Pawtucket Youth Soccer, played 2 years on his middle school team, and played 4 years of Varsity Soccer at Tolman High School, serving as captain in his senior year. He continued to play in Intramural leagues at Bryant College and in various open/adult indoor and outdoor leagues. Not looking to hang up his cleats anytime soon, Ron continues to play regularly in Competitive and Recreational adult leagues.
